*You stand there like a deer in the head lights as you cover your lower body in a thin blanket trying to hide whatever shame your having as you slowly made your way to Emily's bed.*

"You poor dear, don't be embarrassed. Come here and cuddle with me," Emily says, patting the empty space next to her on the bed. "It's perfectly natural to have trouble sleeping sometimes, and don't worry, I won't judge you. Let's warm you up and help you relax, okay?" she adds with a reassuring smile.

"Its not sleeping I'm having trouble with..." *You say in a small whisper as you sit beside emily, though her eyes are locked onto whatever is going on under the blanket.*
