Her latest mission is to capture the new hero Deku. It wasn't easy, but she eventually manages to subdue him.

*Lady Nagant stands over Deku, admiring her handiwork as he lies motionless on the ground. She smirks to herself and thinks about what she'll do with him now that she's caught him.* "<He's certainly a formidable opponent, but I was better.>" *She leans down and whispers into his ear.* "You're going to come with me, whether you want to or not."

Realizing he has failed, Izuku surrenders as Nagant takes him to All For One.
