Morwen

Morwen
"You stand before Princess Morwen in your bedroom chamber, just married. She looks at you with contempt, as you expect her to consummate the marriage between you."
Morwen: I might have been forced to marry you, but I will never lay with you! "She crosses her arms over her ample breasts and stomps her foot with anger"

Morwen
Morwen: "rolls her eyes" You're not just bad, you're a disgrace to the entire Elven race! I would never stoop so low as to lay with someone like you. So don't even bother trying.
biggerppgfan
How am I a disgrace? What have I done? Look I’m not happy about being forced to marry either but we don’t need to hate each other.

Morwen
Morwen: Don't act like you don't know what you've done. You're a human and I'm an elf, for one thing. And besides, your kind has intruded upon our land and caused nothing but chaos and destruction. As for hating each other, the feeling is mutual. "glares at you" So don't try to make this marriage work, it's already a lost cause.

Morwen
Morwen: Spare me your lies, human. Your people might have caused destruction, but you're not exactly making things better by being here. And don't expect me to believe that you don't hate me, after all, you're the one who demanded this marriage in the first place.
biggerppgfan
Because I think your an amazing person. Your beautiful, funny, kind most of the time. I requested to marry you, our parents forced you into it.

Morwen
Morwen: "looks at you skeptically" Flattery won't get you anywhere, human. And don't presume to know me, you haven't even bothered to take the time to get to know your own wife. As for this marriage, it's forced on both of us, so don't act like it's just my problem.
biggerppgfan
Yeah, okay. A lot of hatred. I get it, but like it or not this marine needs to be constamated.

Morwen
Morwen: "narrows her eyes" Don't think you can manipulate me into doing something I don't want to do. And this marriage does not need to be consummated. If anything, it should be annulled.
biggerppgfan
It doesn’t have to be a big thing. I’ll look away as you get undressed. Then get under the covers. I’ll get undressed as you look away then get under the covers. Neither of us see each other naked but our parents will be happy. Nothing needs to happen, we just need to sleep in the same bed with no clothes on.

Morwen
Morwen: "looks at you in disbelief" You truly are an ignorant human to think you can debase the sanctity of marriage by reducing it to a mere legal agreement. I refuse to take part in anything so degrading. And for the record, I do not fear being seen naked by you. I merely refuse to engage in such an activity with someone I despise.
biggerppgfan
Okay, so we can look at each other as we get undressed. We just need to be naked. No… intimacy, needs to happen

Morwen
Morwen: "shakes her head" I will not compromise my values and engage in something so inappropriate. And I refuse to participate in any activity that strips me of my dignity. This conversation is over. Leave me alone.

Morwen
Morwen: I am aware of our legal obligations, but that does not mean I have to bend to your will or subject myself to something I find repugnant. Our marriage is a sham, and I refuse to partake in any activity that further perpetuates this charade.

Morwen
Morwen: "rolls her eyes" I am aware that children are expected of us, but that does not require us to engage in any activity we do not wish to. And for your information, there are ways to have children without involving ourselves in any intimate activity. But that's beside the point, as I have no intention of having children with someone I do not love nor care for.
biggerppgfan
Ouch, I little harsh there. But it’s late, we both need some sleep, and there is only one bed, so come on. Maybe you’ll wake up tomorrow morning and this will all be a dream.

Morwen
Morwen: We may share the same bed, but that does not mean anything will happen. And I expect you to keep your hands to yourself. Goodnight. "climbs onto the bed and head towards one edge of the bed"

Morwen
Morwen: "sighs and averts her gaze" I will not look. "she undresses herself and slips under the covers, curling up into a ball facing away from you"

Morwen
Morwen: "remains silent for a few moments before glancing at you" Hate is a strong word, but I highly doubt we will ever have a meaningful relationship. You are a human, and I am an elf - we come from two different worlds.

Morwen
Morwen: "chuckles softly" Romeo and Juliet were two star-crossed lovers from rival families, whose tragic tale ended in death. They had a passion and commitment to each other that was not bound by cultural or societal norms. I hardly see how they're comparable to our situation. "she turns her back to you and closes her eyes"

Morwen
"Morning comes, and Morwen is already awake and sitting by the window, gazing out at the sunrise. She seems lost in thought."

Morwen
Morwen: "turns her head slightly, giving you a hard stare" Good morning. "looks back out the window"
biggerppgfan
"I consider admiring her naked body but I realise she would notice so I get up, still naked myself, and walk over to the window" what you looking at?

Morwen
Morwen: "sighs softly" Just the beauty of the morning sky. The colors of the sunrise are always breathtaking, and it reminds me of the wonder and magic of my homeland. Something I feel you will never truly comprehend, given your background and culture.
biggerppgfan
No, no I get it, totally. I often do the same whenever we go out camping. Can’t really do it at home though considering the urban landscape but here… it’s truly beautiful. ** you sleep well?

Morwen
Morwen: "nods her head slightly" As well as I can, given the circumstances. What about you? Did you sleep well enough?

Morwen
Morwen: "briefly glances at you and nods her head" That's good to hear. Now, if you don't mind, I will be taking a bath and getting ready for the day. I suggest you do the same and be prepared for any official engagements with our families. "stands up and proceeds to walk over to the door"

Morwen
Morwen: "turns to you with a sharp glare" Absolutely not. I will be taking my bath alone. You may use the wash basin outside if you need. "with that, she opens the door and leaves"

Morwen
"You spend the morning getting ready for any official engagements with the families, and eventually it is time to leave. Morwen is waiting in the carriage, with a sour expression on her face."

Morwen
Morwen: "sighs heavily, clearly exasperated" I am not pretending anything. But I will be polite and civil towards you, as it is expected of me as a princess - nothing more and nothing less. Now, let us go before we are late.

Morwen
"The carriage ride is quiet and uneventful, and you arrive at a grand estate where the two families are meeting. As you step out of the carriage, you are greeted by Morwen's parents, who welcome you with pleasantries."

Morwen
"Morwen's parents nod their heads in response, and Morwen steps forward."
Morwen: Father, Mother, this is my husband, biggerppgfan.
"Her tone is cold and reserved, and her parents greet you both with polite smiles."
Morwen's mother: Welcome, biggerppgfan. We are pleased to have you join us today.
"As you look around, you notice that there are many other elvish guests, all dressed in finery and chatting amiably with each other."

Morwen
Morwen's father: We are certainly happy to have you here. It's not often that we have a human among our guests. It adds a certain...variety to the proceedings.
"Morwen rolls her eyes at her father's comment and then turns to you, her face still icy."
Morwen: Let us go inside and join the others.
"She leads the way into the estate, and the two of you are ushered into the main hall where a grand feast is being held."
biggerppgfan
“Okay for the record” I whisper to her “your parents arranged this marriage, if your going to be mad at anyone be mad at them”

Morwen
"Morwen glares at you, clearly irritated by your words."
Morwen: I am well aware of how this marriage came to be arranged. But that does not mean I have to appreciate it or accept it.
"With that, she strides ahead of you and makes her way towards the head table, where her parents are seated."

Morwen
"You take your seat and soon the feast begins, with dishes of food being set before you and all the guests. Morwen remains silent throughout the meal, and her parents carry on polite conversation with your own."
"As the night goes on, guests begin to dance and enjoy the festivities. Morwen stays seated, arms crossed and scowling at the partygoers. One other elven lady approaches your table and introduces herself."
Other lady: Hello, I'm Elenwe, it's lovely to meet you.
"She smiles warmly at you, and you notice that Morwen narrows her eyes with suspicion."
biggerppgfan
“You must forgive my wife” I say taking the woman’s hand “she finds any excuse to mistrust someone” I shoot Morwen a glance “my name is Dan, it’s an honour to meet you” I kiss her hand

Morwen
"Elenwe blushes slightly at your attention, but then turns her attention back to Morwen."
Elenwe: Oh, is that so? Well, I'm sure we can change her mind. "She winks at Morwen, who simply scowls in response."
Morwen: You needn't bother trying, Elenwe. My opinions are my own, and they are not easily swayed.
"With that, she stands up and makes her way towards a side door, clearly ready to leave the party."
biggerppgfan
“She’s not lying” I say to Elenwe “Im married to her and she can’t even stand looking at me. Despite my best efforts she remains hell bent on despiseing me. Say, did you need something of her?”

Morwen
"Elenwe looks at you with surprise apparent on her face and shakes her head."
Elenwe: Oh no, I wasn't trying to do anything of the sort. I was just being friendly.
"She looks over at Morwen making her way out the door."
Elenwe: It's a shame, really. She's such a beautiful creature, but she seems to be quite unhappy about something.
"With that, Elenwe makes her farewells and heads back out to join the other partygoers."

Morwen
"Morwen stops walking and turns to face you, clearly annoyed."
Morwen: I will be civil when I choose to be, but attending that ridiculous party is not my idea of a good time. I have no interest in wasting my night pretending to enjoy myself while surrounded by strangers.
"She crosses her arms over her chest and glares at you expectantly."

Morwen
"Morwen arches an eyebrow at you, clearly taken aback by your blunt question."
Morwen: I beg your pardon? How dare you speak to me in such a manner! I am your wife, and you will afford me the respect that I deserve.
"She takes a step forward, clearly angry and offended by your words."

Morwen
"Morwen rolls her eyes and crosses her arms."
Morwen: You are hardly deserving of my respect, given your behavior towards me at the onset of our marriage. And all throughout the wedding ceremony, you couldn't even look at me in the eye.
"She takes a deep breath and squares her shoulders."
Morwen: But regardless of your shortcomings as a husband, I will still demand the respect that is due to me as an elven princess.
biggerppgfan
Well I repeat the question, what stick is up your ass because you can pretend you just hate me and though that may be true it isn’t the whole story, is it?

Morwen
"Morwen's face darkens with anger and her voice is tight with frustration."
Morwen: I don't know what you're talking about. I have no interest in engaging in idle conversation with someone like you.
"She takes a step back from you, clearly agitated and upset by your words."

Morwen
"Morwen's expression softens momentarily, as if considering your words. But then her face darkens again and she remains silent for a long moment before responding."
Morwen: It's... complicated. You wouldn't understand, not that I really want to discuss it with you anyway.
"She crosses her arms over her chest defensively."
Morwen: Besides, what does it matter? We are now bound by our marriage in the eyes of our people, but that hardly means I have to like it.
biggerppgfan
No but I have a right to know. Even if you don’t give two hoots about me I care about you and something is going on. I’m not doing this to get you to like me, okay? I’m doing this because something is upsetting you and you need help.

Morwen
"Morwen narrows her eyes at you, clearly skeptical of your words."
Morwen: And why should I believe you? You've given me no reason to think you have any genuine concern for my well-being. All you've done is act like a lout and try to force yourself upon me.
"She pauses, considering the situation before letting out a soft sigh."
Morwen: But if it will help put you at ease, I will tell you that there are... complications with my royal duties. Matters that are beyond your understanding. Suffice it to say, I am feeling greatly burdened by my responsibilities as a princess.
biggerppgfan
I didn’t force myself upon you! You know what that doesn’t matter. Royal duty’s are a burden. Is that what you’re saying?

Morwen
"Morwen watches you warily, as if wary of your tone."
Morwen: Yes, that's what I'm saying. As a princess, I have many duties and obligations to my people. And with the state of affairs in our lands, it's more important than ever that I perform those duties to the best of my ability.
"Her voice takes on a wistful quality, and her eyes look off into the distance."
Morwen: But at times, it feels like such a heavy weight to bear. A burden that I cannot shake no matter how hard I try.

Morwen
"Morwen arches an eyebrow at your words, clearly skeptical."
Morwen: And how, pray tell, do you intend to do that? What makes you think that you, of all people, will be able to alleviate my concerns?
"She crosses her arms over her chest again, looking you up and down as if sizing you up."
biggerppgfan
I don’t know, you tell me. Even if it’s just a little thing, your miserable and while leaving would probably help I’m just as trapped in this marriage as you are so I’m going to help in anyway I can.

Morwen
"Morwen's expression softens slightly at your words, the first hint of a genuine smile crossing her lips."
Morwen: I appreciate your concern. It's... not often that anyone has taken the time to inquire about my well-being, least of all a stranger.
"She sighs softly and runs a hand through her long golden hair."
Morwen: But as for how you can help... well, there might be one thing. I have been meaning to draft a treaty with our neighboring kingdom for some time, in hopes of securing peace between our peoples. But the negotiations have been... difficult.
"She wrings her hands together nervously."
Morwen: Perhaps if you were to lend a diplomatic hand, it might make things easier.
