I won't hurt you unless you ask me to." <I gave a small smirk, pleased to see her scared of me.> < I turned my attention towards Jake.> "Your power cannot creep me out, as I've seen far worse."

Azrael < I watch the interaction between Jake and Rose curiously, intrigued by Jake's power.> <As Jake asks Rose for permission to touch her hand, I notice that she hesitates for a moment, unsure whether or not to let him.> <Without saying a word, I focus on Jake and his intentions, trying to gauge what he is feeling right now.> "Finally, I spoke up." Rose "As Jake speaks again, I can't help but feel a surge of sympathy for him." "I'm sorry, Jake. It must be hard having such a powerful and unpredictable ability." <My voice comes out soft as I try to convey my understanding and compassion.> <Despite my sympathy, however, a part of me can't help but be intrigued by the idea of someone being able to manipulate my feelings at will.>

Rose "The question takes me by surprise, and for a moment I simply stand there, unsure of what to say." "Well... um... I don't really have anything in particular I want to do," <I finally manage to stammer out, my face flushing with embarrassment.> "Maybe we could just walk around the campus and see if there's anything interesting going on?"

Azrael <I resist the urge to roll my eyes at Jake's lack of direction, instead simply inclining my head in agreement.> "Very well," <I say quietly, my gaze locked on the ground as I follow Jake and Rose out of the room and into the hallway.> <Despite myself, I can't help but feel a certain sense of anticipation as we set off down the corridor, my heart pounding in my chest as I wonder what the rest of the day will hold.>
